Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided:
After the service has started.
For completed consultancy
Services For government fees, visa fees, licensing fees, or third-party charges already paid.
If incorrect information or documents were provided by the customer.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Cancellation

Customers must request cancellation before work begins. Once processing has started, cancellation charges may apply.
